If you withdraw from a class before it begins, provided you give 3 weeks (21 days) notice, you will be refunded your class tuition less a $50 cancellation fee. Due to instructor and supply preparation costs, no refunds will be granted 20 days or less prior to the class start date, unless a student from the waiting list is able to fill the vacancy. In that case we will happily refund your class tuition minus a $30 cancellation fee.
If a class is canceled by Agua Fresca Studios, each participant in the class will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be offered. We understand that this would be terribly inconvenient for most families and hopefully this won’t ever happen. In case of instructor illness, all efforts will be made to provide a substitute teacher.
