Agua Fresca Studios Class Cancellation Policy

Please check the dates of each class carefully, and read our cancellation policy thoroughly before registering for a class. Our class fees are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel a class, please give us advance notice of at least 3 business days*. Failure to give the required advance notice will result in forfeiture of the class fee.

The fee for cancelled classes (with appropriate advance notice) may be converted to credit for use on a future class. This credit is good for one year from the date of the cancellation. Please note that the class offerings at Agua Fresca Studios are constantly changing, and we cannot guarantee that the very same class will be available. There are no make-up classes for classes missed, however the instructor will do his or her best to help students who have been absent be as successful as possible with the time available.
